Meditation sessions

I offer therapeutic, group meditation sessions with a focus on self-care. In these sessions we carry out short meditations, creative explorations and journalling exercises, in order to connect with our inner experiences. This may help us to bring greater understanding, acceptance and an attitude of care towards ourselves.

These are relaxed, trauma-informed sessions, which are neurodivergent friendly. No experience of meditation is needed. There is no expectation for you to to have your camera on during online sessions. You are always free to choose whether or not to carry out an exercise, and during sessions which include journalling, we will not share our writing with one another.

If you have booked to attend a group session, please come along with something to write on and any art materials of your choice. If you don’t have them, no worries, you will still be able to participate in a meaningful way. You are completely welcome just as you are!
